IN ORDER TO DONATE BLOOD, YOU NEED AN AMKA AND A POLICE IDENTITY
                          
THE USE OF A MASK IS MANDATORY


INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE DONATING BLOOD

-At least 6 hours of sleep from the previous night.

- Light breakfast or 2 hours have passed after a normal meal.

- Lots of fluids (not alcoholic) before and after donating blood.
